Weight management issues and food-related illnesses

We are very excited that you have taken the time to learn about our weight management system and hope you join our team of professionals truly committed to helping you be the best you can be.

Weight management issues and food-related illnesses are directly related to the improper intake of vitamins, minerals, and other essential nutrients, along with an inactive physical life.  Reversing this pattern will lead you to better overall health. This may sound simple, however, the food culture we are currently living in has too many misconceptions being falsely reported by the media and other unreliable sources.  This includes Google.

People often have the misconception that change takes a long time and their lives must be interrupted to be successful. The truth is, to make real change all you need to do is to get started and then keep on going. We all have excuses why we can’t be successful and as soon as we let go of those excuses, success is inevitable.  No, it may not be easy and at certain times you may even want to quit, but we will be there to help push you to be the person you know you want to be.

Maybe we’ll start with why you must be successful instead of why you can’t be.  You will have a team behind you who are dedicated to helping you reach your goals, ensuring that you succeed.

Part of our ATP is to make sure we evaluate your total body composition. This is because it provides us a clear understanding of your body’s overall health and its level of internal inflammation.

If we happen to find a weight management concern that is bottlenecking your improvement and keeping you in pain, then we must address the elephant in the room and discuss it. We will medically monitor your weight loss to make sure you’re on the right path to so safely and effectively lose weight.

Health practitioners are taught from day one of medical school, that the first line of treatment for any food-related condition is lifestyle modifications.  However, in our current pharmaceutically driven healthcare system, lifestyle changes have become neglected or are seldom discussed in medical offices and seldom do most MD’s have an action plan that works.  Our role is to bring true wellness to you, our patient, by integrating real sustainable lifestyle changes related to food, physical activity, and stress relief.
